Now we look more at the alphabets (scales) used in blues. You should learn to use them in position 1, before even thinking about learning further positions. The video will explain them further - the scale diagrams can be found below. Note that the strange fingering for the Dorian Mode is only to show you the way you might mix it in with the Pentatonic, the usual fingering is the same as position 2 of the Major Scale.
