I can't honestly recall who I stole this lick off, but most likely Steve Vai, it was the 80's and everyone was doing crazy rock stuff - I loved this lick and use it in many styles not just rock, but rock is where it was born as far as I can tell.

Make sure you do it slow and get the notes real clear before you speed it up of course!
