I'm really in a James Taylor love phase I think... this song is just amazing, beautiful, not too hard to play and what better song could there be to sing a little fella to sleep?

Take it easy and get the strum/picking thing down and the rest should come pretty easy.

Basic Strumming Pattern:

When it plays the B bass note when going from the G to the D, the B not falls on beat 3.

Bass note always played with your thumb, the other strums done with your first finger.
