heya justin
could you do a lesson on how to play a guitarsolo with a metronome? i can play a lot of solo stuff, but how do i
know when the metronome should click? i know about quaternotes, eightthnotes and sixteenthnotes, but what about triplets and bends and all the other stuff? or do u just look at the big perspektive, and play the notes in the bar within the four beats?
dont know if Im making any sense here, but anyhow thanks for all the lessons.

It is possible to find out more metronomes - nice one is http://simple.bestmetronome.com/.
Another usefull page and also metronome - http://www.all-guitar-chords.com/metronome.php

About the solos with click. I think it's important to be able to play with click, especially if you are recording. On the other way some really good songs are a little bit offbeat, I mean not perfectly with metronome. Great musicians simply feel the groove.

But on advertised Korg MA-30 you can set triplets too... for practising. And when the triplets are in the middle of 4/4 song, just learn to play them also with eightthnotes click. Than counting became nearly a "mathmusic" fun.
