So the concept behind this is to take the 3rd note of the chord and replace with the 2nd or the 4th of the scale? Then you name the chord sus4 or sus2?

^Yep, exactly. Btw, any number in the name of the chord represents only degree of the scale.

I've learned for 20 days but i can do an F barr chord now. There is this song i really want to play that has Fsus2 which i find impossible to do.
the song is building a mystery.. Can anyone tell me which variation should i practice first please?

That's probably the easiest fingering, Other than that I'd be inclined to reach for an A shape barre at the 8th fret or a D shape barre at the 3rd, either could be worth a shot depending on you voicing you're after.

You could also play it as a triad:

E - 1
B - 2
G - 0

There'd be no third, but I think that, since the sound you're after is based on the 2nd (G), it would do the trick as well.
As with all things music and guitar, there's really no one "right" answer. I'd suggest experimenting with all the options and
making yourself do chords you may not want to do initially. Using a song you want to learn as a motivational tool is a great way
to learn the chords and develop your confidence.
