The C Chord
The C chord can be tricky for beginner guitar players, so don’t worry if you don’t get it right away. It’s a bit of a stretch – literally!
Guitar Strumming Tips
Here are some tips on guitar strumming that I usually teach at workshops. A lot of beginner players have said they’re super helpful, so I’ve included them in this course!
Now that you’ve got a good feel for strumming, here are some more variations and techniques you can explore and incorporate into your guitar playing.
Understanding Music Notes
When it comes to understanding music notes, including their names, counts, variations, etc., it can get a bit complicated! Let’s start simply and break it all down.
Your Own Songbook
Now that you’re well on your way to becoming a master guitar player, you should consider putting together a book with some of your favorite songs to play.
RIFF Come As You Are
This riff from “Come As You Are” by Nirvana is good for working on your fingering, picking, and getting a solid sound out of each note. The rhythm gets interesting, too!
